Lim Guan Eng hasut pelajar Cina supaya rasis
Bravo David Yim Boon Leong. Jika kesemua Pemimpin mengamalkan prinsip sebegini, percayalah, Malaysia bakal dijulang dunia sebagai sebuah Negara paling maju menghidupkan Perpaduan Kaum yang utuh.

DISGUSTING HABIT: Residents of Kinta Heights flats will be forced to move out of if caught throwing rubbish out of the window of their units
By S. ISTA KYRA
IPOH: KINTA Heights flat residents caught throwing rubbish from the window of their high-rise units will face eviction.
Mayor Datuk Roshidi Hashim said closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) will be installed to catch the culprits.
"Once the CCTVs are installed in June, residents caught in the act will be evicted," he said after chairing the monthly Ipoh City Council (MBI) full-board meeting here, recently.
He said MBI had been tolerant of littering by the residents for too long now.
"The monthly rent for living in the MBI flats is a mere RM124.
"This is even lower than the rate to carry out proper maintenance works, which is RM135 monthly.
"If residents cannot appreciate this benefit by maintaining the cleanliness of their premises, they should seek accommodations elsewhere," he said.
Roshidi said there are rubbish chutes on each floor but residents still chose to litter.
He said rubbish thrown from the 20-storey building, dubbed the tallest in town, include television sets, baby diapers and bags of rubbish. "This is not only dangerous to the residents but also MBI workers who are assigned to clean up the area," he said.
He added that numerous gotong-royong activities had been carried out at the flats.
"MBI workers are even collecting rubbish in the area daily although the regular practice is thrice weekly elsewhere. The residents have ignored repeated warnings and continued with their disgusting habit," he said.
Enforcement officers have been instructed to monitor the surroundings and report incidents of the littering.
Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir was disappointed with the dirty conditions in Kinta Heights when he saw the back alley strewn with packets of discarded food, household rubbish, plastic bags and soiled baby diapers during a cycling event recently. NST
